Nice Middle Eastern-Mediterrenean restaurant in the South Street locale.

Awesome kebabs and rolls. More so, excellent ambiance.

    Yes:
    - Falafel was nice and crispy
    - Lamb kabob platter came with three pita. Grilled veggies were good

    Okay:
    - Chicken shamora in pita bread sandwich
    - Alyan fries were soggy. Grilled veggies it came with was good

    No:
    - Beef kabob pita wrap was a tortilla wrap. Not gyro wrap that we were expecting

Ordered take out for dinner. Got the beef kebab in a pita wrap, chicken shawarma in pita bread, falafel side order, Alyan Fries, lamb kebab platter. The beef kebab was basically in a thin tortilla wrap. It had a decent amount of sauce and the beef was not dry. The chicken shawarma was very saucy on top and less saucy on bottom. (This was messy to eat). I found the falafel a bit dry, but crispy on the outside. The fries were my favorite. I liked the fried onions and peppers which gave the fries a nice flavor. I did not get to try the lamb kebab platter, but it came with salad, hummus, and pita bread. Overall, the food was average to me.

Place is not pleasing, couch/sofa needs to retire and be replaced- its smelly and so not clean.
food looks good but doesn't taste good compared to the Mediterranean food i had before.

I love fresh food that is cooked in front of you. Alyan's never misses-as a Vegan this is a great option. Highly recommend.
